Este é o livro de Eclipse, um adeus. Um dia entrarei num avião, ultrapassarei a atmosfera e serei novamente livre. No Brasil, meu rompimento com o orgulho racial/negritude e o fim do orgulho de gênero/travesti é entendido como embranquecimento. Não sou negra, não sou travesti, não sou a lua, não sou o sol. Eu sou a mensageira, eu sou o meu próprio fim.

And the fact that, every day eclipses happen in me, it doesn't make me a travesti. This is the book of Eclipse, a goodbye. One day I will get on a plane, pass the atmosphere and be free again. In Brazil, my rupture with racial pride / blackness and the end of gender /Travesti pride is understood as “whitening”. I am not black, I am not a travesti, I am not the moon, I am not the sun. I am the messenger, I am my own end.
